Job Description
1- Inspection and quality control of services and facilities in the lounges of King Abdulaziz International Airport (North Terminal, Terminal No. 1, Hajj and Umrah Hall)
2- Receiving and delegating travelers, pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims during the Hajj season, and following up and facilitating the completion of their procedures.
3. Carrying out the tasks and works assigned by the relevant departments.
4- Providing daily reports to raise the quality of the services provided
5. Perform all other tasks related to passengers, pilgrims and Umrah services in all airport facilities.
Skills
1- Age at least 21 years
2- Possess good communication and crisis management skills.
3- The physical and fitness condition should be good due to the requirements of the job
4- Speaking and writing in English and the ability to write English reports.
Education
Secondary, Higher Diploma or University Degree
