The General Authority of Endowments is pleased to announce the availability of a job vacancy for recruitment (Director of Business and Product Development Department) in the General Directorate of Planning and Development, and we call on all those who meet the conditions and wish to apply for the opportunity.
Job Functions:
- Define strategic objectives related to business and product development management in line with the objectives and directions of the Authority's strategic directions and approve them by the competent authorities.
- Projecting strategic objectives onto the units of the Business and Product Development Department and verifying the development of goals, operational plans and performance indicators to ensure the achievement of the desired results.
- Develop and update policies, procedures, methodologies, tools and models and ensure the provision of the necessary resources to manage business and product development in coordination with the concerned departments and improve the quality of work.
- Supervise the development of the foundations and standards of the activities of studies and research and the manuals of related procedures in order to ensure the quality and accuracy of research and to disseminate its usefulness to derive logical recommendations for the development of business in the Authority and the development of endowment products.
- Conducting studies and research, understanding and analyzing the growth and support needs of endowment institutions, identifying obstacles related to the sector, enhancing the business opportunities of the endowment sector, and proposing incentive mechanisms.

Educational qualification.
Minimum degree – Bachelor's degree in a similar discipline.
Minimum Specialized Practical Experience Required
