Jazan University Announces the Availability of a Number of Technical Vacancies

Jazan University announces the availability of a number of technical vacancies in the general staff ladder under the title of (Systems Designer - Software Developer - Information Technology Support Technician) at the (seventh and eighth rank) and wishes to fill them by contracting with qualified national competencies, and they can be applied for starting from Thursday 04/12/1444 AH until Saturday 04/01/1445 AH through the recruitment portal on the university website, according to the following conditions:

First: General Instructions:

• The application (submitted through the website) must include all the required documents in PDF format.
• Any application in which the information provided through the Website differs from the information on the official documents will be disqualified, and the applicant is responsible for this.
• The applicant is not entitled to compete for more than one job and excludes all applications in which there is duplication.
• The applicant should review the list of required jobs and specializations and specify the job title and specialization that is compatible with the qualifications he/she holds.
• Applying for these positions is not considered a final candidacy.
• Any application that is incomplete will be disqualified with the terms and conditions described in "First and Second".

Second: Conditions:

1. The applicant must be a Saudi national.
2. A graduation document is available stating the overall grade, percentage or GPA, and date of graduation.
3. Attach the academic record.
4. Attach the equivalency of the equivalency committee to the Ministry of Education with the grade keys for those who have qualifications from abroad.
5. Be fit and healthy.
6. English language proficiency and English language proficiency test (STEP) or equivalent (IELTS).
7. Obtaining a cognitive ability test from the National Center for Measurement.
8. The applicant must be of good conduct and conduct, and must not have violated any of the duties of the job in which he works or is subject to accountability, or has been issued a disciplinary decision that violates morals and the honor of the profession, or has previously been dismissed from a government job.
9. Pass the exam and personal interview.
10. Attach the certificate of insurance and an experience scene for those who have previous experience.

Third: Documents to be attached to the application

1. A copy of the academic qualifications.
2. Copy of personal identification.
3. Biography.
4. Experience certificates, if any.
5. A copy of the equivalents of the certificates from the Ministry of Education in case of obtaining the qualification outside the Kingdom.
6. Copy of professional certificates, if any.
7. A copy of the result of the required tests.
