Conditions and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance or a related discipline, preferably a Master's degree for the position of Director.
- A minimum of 11 years of experience, including 5 years in managerial positions for the position of manager, and 10 years of which 2 years in managerial positions for the position of senior manager.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience in designing governance frameworks, committee secretariat and delegation of authority policies.
