Conditions and Qualifications
- Specialist of Excellence: Bachelor of Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Teaching Methods, or a nearby field (Master's preferred), with 3 to 4 years of experience in higher education, academic development, or educational quality assurance.
- Center of Excellence Leader: PhD in higher education, educational leadership, curriculum or instructional technologies (a master's degree with sufficient leadership experience may be considered), and 5 to 7 years of experience in higher education or academic development.
- Joint Course Leader: Master's or PhD in a related academic discipline, with teaching experience in higher education, experience in curriculum development, course coordination, and knowledge of quality standards and academic accreditation.
- Communication, analysis, organization, and leadership skills of work teams.
