Samsung Saudi Arabia Announces Two Legal Positions for Lawyer and Legal Assistant in Dammam

Samsung E&A Saudi Arabia (Samsung Engineering) has announced on its official LinkedIn page two full-time legal affairs vacancies to support the subsidiary business in the Kingdom.

Available Jobs

• Corporate Lawyer: Supervise the legal affairs of the subsidiary company such as contracts, disputes and cases, review and draft contractors, supply and service contracts, manage cases and arbitration before courts and arbitration tribunals, and coordinate with external law firms.
• Legal Assistant: Supporting the lawyer in researching Saudi regulations, preparing drafts and correspondence, organizing case files, following up on session dates, and assisting in uploading documents through government and judicial platforms.

Conditions and Qualifications

• Corporate Lawyer: A qualified lawyer with at least 10 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, including working in contracting companies or EPC projects, with direct experience in litigation or arbitration, and proficiency in Arabic and English in the business environment, preferably familiarity with labor law and labor issues.
• Legal Assistant: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Sharia, Legal Studies, Business Administration or a related discipline, with 1 to 3 years of experience in legal support, knowledge of Saudi legal terminology and procedures, strong writing skills in Arabic, and knowledge of English and office programs.
• A legal assistant with previous experience in supporting a Saudi lawyer and familiarity with the electronic platforms of courts and government agencies is preferred.
