The Saudi National Bank (SNB) has announced the start of applying for the (Rowad Al-Ahli) program that ends with employment (the third batch), for recent graduates of a bachelor's or master's degree in administrative, financial, technical or industrial engineering disciplines, according to the following details:
In collaboration with our partners at Harvard and Kaplan, the program offers a comprehensive learning experience covering the following topics:
- Retail & Corporate Banking, Banking Products & Strategy Banking
- Treasury, Finance, Investment, and Business Intelligence
- Digital Banking, Data Science & Digital Transformation
- Compliance, Banking Regulations, Ethics and Code of Conduct
- Relationship management, customer focus, and customer experience
- Operational Excellence, Governance & Risk Management
- Leadership, Negotiation, Influence, Communication, Problem Solving, Governance and Decision Making
- Experiential learning, hands-on learning, simulation, mentoring and mentoring, self-led learning and research.
Job Requirements:

Recent Graduation
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline such as management, finance, business, technology, or industrial engineering from a local or international university accredited by the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Not be a full-time and/or part-time employee with any entity during the program
- Proficient in Arabic and English
- Ready to move to Riyadh during the duration of the program (12 months).
- Successfully pass interviews, tests and assessments administered by the Swiss National Bank
