The Water and Electricity Regulatory Authority (WERA) has announced the availability of job vacancies, with the following names and conditions:
1- Senior Training and Development Analyst
Academic Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's of Very Good in Business Administration/Management/Human Resources
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Practical experience in the field of training and development of not less than four years and no more than eight years
2. Legal Specialist (Department of Internal Legal Affairs)
Required Work Experience:
3 to 5 years
Required Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sharia or law.
Required Specialized Certificates or Differentiation in Experience:
- Experience in the field of contract preparation and review is preferred.
- Work for a similar regulator.
Required Skills:
- Advanced level in the use of computer programs.
- Advanced level of spoken and written English.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Skills in time management and speed of completion.
3- Legal Specialist (Regulation and Regulatory Agreements Department)
Required Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years and no more than 5 years
Required Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sharia or law.
Required Specialized Certificates or Differentiation in Experience:
- Experience in areas related to the Authority's work is preferred.
- Or in similar regulatory bodies.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of the forms of contracts and commercial agreements in the field of infrastructure projects, their financing and offering (e.g. "EPC", "BOT", "Offtake Agreement"), etc.
- Full proficiency in the use of computer programs.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Skills in time management and speed of completion.
