- الشروط
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Less than 3 years of experience in Organization Development or Strategic workforce planning.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic appreciation of business and technical terminology being used using in their role.
- Spoken and business writing in English to a level of quality.
- Basic skills in at least one of the core areas of work (e.g. work analysis, job evaluation, process mapping) subject to supervision and review.
- Ability to use a range of business software required by the job.
