المهارات
- Must be well-versed in a variety of computer system environments and be able to troubleshoot technical issues.
- knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration in assigned area.
- Knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS).
- Knowledge of database maintenance basic concepts.
- Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages databases (SQL etc.).
- Strong Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, Power BI etc.).
- Skill in performing accurate data entry.
- Skill in both verbal and written communication.
- Skill in problem solving and decision making.
- Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail.
