The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

Relevant College or University qualification
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an airline or reputed Ground Handling Operations at supervisory level.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
Knowledge of Weight and Balance, Ramp handling and Dangerous Goods Regulations
Able to perform duties under pressure whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service standards.
Good understanding of conditions of carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security procedures
Experience in areas such as Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Ground Operations, Dangerous Goods Regulations and ramp handling
High level of computer literacy
Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
You must also have the right to live and work in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to be considered for this role.

To be successful in this role you will need.

Trade or Vocational qualification
Minimum 3 years of job-related experience required with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Airport Operations of a leading airline.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
High energy and positive attitude are necessary to perform well in this very high pressured and demanding environment.
DCS experience and knowledge of ticketing is an advantage for this job
Able to manage mishandled baggage services, including service recovery situations with customers.
Ideally completed courses in Passenger Handling and Customer Services
High level of computer literacy
Excellent customer focus and service delivery.

To be successful in this role you will need.

High school qualification combined with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar customer facing role within the airport environment.
Knowledge of airport functions including passenger and baggage handling, Weight and Balance, and Dangerous Goods Regulations is required.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends, is essential.
You must also have the right to live and work in KSA to be considered for this role.
