1) Organizational Development Specialist
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, Human Resources, or business administration or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as an organizational development specialist.
- Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
- Superb analytical and time-management skills.
Preferred skills and Competencies:
- Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
2) Flutter Developer
Required skills and qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with designing, building, and maintaining complex mobile apps.
- Strong hands-on experience in mobile application development tools and environments
- Have contributed to one or more Apps that are available on the App Store.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Strong experience in Apple services.
- Strong experience in Firebase Google Mobile Notification.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and applications to back-end services.
- Knowledge about UX/UI Tools.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Preferred skills and Competencies:
- Strong experience application architecture, design and development.
- Experience in Swift UI.
- Experience in working with Realtime-communication sdk (pubnub).
- Experience in sqlite.
- Implementing payment functionalities.
