1) DBA Team Lead
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in MS SQL databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or any relevant field.
- Should carry excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Should have very good vendor and client handling skills.
- Should have very good understanding of System development life cycle process and stages.
- Prior experience working and managing remote, offshore and onsite teams is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience working in Managed services practice is preferred.
- Ability to organize and plan work independently.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams.
- MCTS, MCITP, and/or MVP certifications are plus.
2) SAP Basis Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any relevant field.
- 7 to 9 years of total experience.
- More than 5 years of experience in managing SAP solution in large organizations running multiple SAP Products using integrations.
- Good experience on build and operating SAP Products: SAP on S4HANA, BW4HANA, SAP on HANA-DB, SAP SuccessFactors cloud solution, SAP integration solutions PO/ BTP OpenText ECM.
- Experience in managing team of SAP technology experts.
- Ability to plan and execute operational tasks on a regular basis.
- Excellent ability to communicate with internal teams, service providers, and customers.
- Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
