1) Executive Assistant
Qualification Standards:
Education: High School / College Diploma.
Experience: Progressive experience of one (2) year in an administrative position within a five-star hotel background preferred.
2) Senior Commercial Specialist
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a Real Estate equivalent related field.
- Minimum of (6) years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in a facilities management company, developer, real estate company or cost consultancy practice in a similar role.
- Previous experience in contractual frameworks and standard form of contract.
3) Associate Architecture Director
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- AIA/RIBA certified or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of (15) years of relevant experience.
4) Sr. Architecture Manager
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- PMP or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of (10) years of relevant experience.
