1) Project Associate
Education, Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Portfolios, Programs and Projects Offices (P3O) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or any other equivalent certification is preferable
- Basic requirements of oral and written English language (Basic)
Experience
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in project coordination and reporting
- Previous experience in government sector or regulatory bodies is preferable
2) Daman Officer 1
Education, Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Law or a related field
- Certificate in insurance is preferable
- Knowledge of CCHI-related policies and complaint-related clauses
- Proficient in oral and written English language (Intermediate)
Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in complaints management and customer service
- Experience in system being used
- Previous experience in government sector or regulatory bodies is preferable
