تعلن شركة أرامكو الرقمية (شركة تقنية تابعة لشركة أرامكو السعودية) عن توفر وظائف شاغرة بمسمى " HR Operation Specialist"، وذلك وفقا للشروط و المتطلبات التالية:
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. Specialization or coursework in employee relations, labor laws, or organizational behavior is beneficial.
- At least 3 years of experience in working within the HR operations team with at least 2- 3 years of experience in managing employee issues and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Proven experience in HR service delivery and case management, monitoring of Service Level Agreements, continuous process improvements and process optimization is needed for this role.
