الوصف الوظيفي

About the Program:

The program aims to recruit talented and highly motivated Saudi females graduates from leading universities in Saudi Arabia and abroad, and prepare them for a career within ANB.

Program includes in-class training and job rotation, and covers several business lines and functions as well as key skills.

Program is based on a one-year trainee contract. Successful completion of all program modules qualifies the trainee to be a full time employee at the bank. Program is around 9 months training and rotation and 3 months in assignment at one business line.

المهارات

To apply you must meet the following criteria:

    Female Saudi National, 22 to 30 years of age.
    Recent Bachelor or Master university graduate. Preferred majors include accounting, finance, economics, actuarial, marketing, management, MIS, IT, engineering, math.
    Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; English fluency (speaking and writing)
