- Head of Employee Relations: Supervise employee complaints, disciplinary procedures, investigations, and ensure compliance with the Saudi labor law.
- Digital Transformation Project Manager: Coordinate digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and CRM initiatives between departments and technology teams.
Conditions and Qualifications
- Head of Employee Relations: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in Employee Relations, work experience in SAP SuccessFactors, and proficiency in English.
- Digital Transformation Project Manager: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, and 5 years or more of experience in project management or coordination, with familiarity with SAP and preferably in an industrial environment.
